Repify vs Birdeye
A US-rooted reputation platform aimed at enterprise. Solid, broad — but priced for it. Here's the honest version — written by us, but cross-checked against Birdeye's public materials in May 2026.
- You want a GDPR-native tool built in Spain and pricing in EUR, not a USD bill plus FX.
- You operate 1–20 locations and don't need a 6-month enterprise rollout.
- You want a 14-day trial without a credit card and without a sales call.
- You care about a dashboard a manager opens daily, not a quarterly board pack.
- You want pricing that scales with locations, not seats × locations × add-ons.
- You're an enterprise with 200+ locations and need the full suite (messaging, payments, surveys, BBB).
- You're already on Birdeye and migration cost > 6 months of savings.
- You require the full Birdeye Insights + AI suite at a single vendor.
- Your procurement team can't onboard a smaller European vendor.
The detailed comparison.
Repify wins on price and speed of setup.
Repify costs roughly one tenth of a Birdeye contract for a single location. The trade-off is breadth — Birdeye bundles SMS messaging, surveys, social posting and listings management; Repify is laser-focused on Google review management. If you want all-in-one, Birdeye is more mature. If you want one thing done well at SMB pricing, Repify ships in 5 minutes.
Birdeye wins on enterprise breadth.
If you're a national chain that wants a single vendor for messaging, listings, surveys and reviews, Birdeye is built for that. The flip side: configuration takes weeks, the dashboard takes training, and most SMBs use 20% of the features.
Both produce good AI replies.
In our blind test of 200 generated replies, neither produced clearly better median answers. Repify edges ahead on tone consistency because every workspace has its own tone and brand context.
The migration story
Moving from Birdeye to Repify takes about 12 minutes on average: disconnect Birdeye from your Google Business Profile, OAuth Repify, paste your brand context, and the AI starts drafting replies on the next sync. Your existing replies stay on Google, where Repify syncs them like any other review.
Bottom line
Most SMBs and small chains get more value from Repify at a fraction of the cost. Large enterprise customers with deep integration requirements may prefer to stay on Birdeye, since Repify focuses on Google Business Profile only. If you're in the middle, run both 14-day trials — they're free, and four weeks is plenty to see which dashboard you actually open every morning.
14 days. Your reviews. Your call.
Connect your Google Business Profile and let Repify draft your next 20 replies. If it doesn't earn the spot, we won't chase you.
